You Don’t Have to Do This Alone
Life can be hard, and we’re not meant to face its challenges by ourselves. At different points in our lives, we may need extra support—and that’s okay. Professional support can offer a space to pause, reflect, and heal. If you’re at that point, I would be honoured to hear from you.
Building Connection and Understanding
During our first few visits, we’ll take time to get to know each other. You’re welcome to share what’s brought you here—your concerns, hopes, and the changes you’re looking for. We’ll also explore your strengths, what brings you joy, and what truly matters to you.
An Approach That Fits You
I work from an eclectic approach, which means our work together will be shaped by what is comfortable for you. Once we’ve spent some time exploring what you need, we’ll discuss therapy approaches that may be supportive. Along with talk therapy, we may also include creative elements or walk and talk therapy, if that feels like a good fit for you.
Your Pace, Your Story
You are welcome to share at your own pace. I believe each person’s story is sacred, and I hold your experiences in the highest confidence. Therapy is a collaborative process, and your comfort and readiness always guides the way.
When You’re Ready
Whether you’re navigating overwhelming emotions, change, burnout, or simply seeking greater clarity, when the time feels right, I look forward to walking alongside you.

Emotions are messengers. They help us understand what we need, what we care about, and when something doesn’t feel right.
In therapy, we explore your emotional world together—whether it feels overwhelming or far away. By bringing gentle attention to your emotions, we begin to understand their connection to your thoughts, behaviours, and physical experiences. Over time, this helps us respond to life with greater clarity and compassion.

Emotions live in the body. That tight chest, fluttering stomach, or heavy shoulders—they’re all part of how your body communicates.
We’ll learn to notice and stay connected to these sensations. By listening to your body’s signals, you can access calm, grounding, and insight that doesn’t rely on words alone.

As we make sense of your emotional and physical responses, new possibilities for connection begin to unfold.
Therapy supports you in reconnecting—with yourself, with others, and with what gives life meaning. This allows you to respond more intentionally to life’s challenges, rooted in your values and strengths.
