"In this space, your struggles are not problems to be fixed- but experiences to be understood."
How we will approach your concerns...
Anxiety
Anxiety can make it feel like our mind is always racing, our body is on high alert, or like rest is just out of reach. Together, we’ll slow things down and tune into what anxiety might be trying to signal or protect. We’ll explore the emotions beneath the surface, gently reconnecting you with a felt sense of safety and calm. You’ll learn to notice moments of relief, even small ones, and build on the strengths you already carry—often without realizing it.
Grief, Loss, and Transitions
Grief can come to us in many forms. Whether you're mourning someone, something, or a version of yourself, we’ll make space for your full experience—including the parts that feel confusing, unfinished, or unseen by others. Our work will honor what you’ve lost and gently support the process of adjusting to what’s next, without rushing you toward “getting over it.” Together, we’ll hold both the grief and new ways of being.
Eating and Body-Related Concerns
If your relationship with food or your body feels painful, chaotic, or confusing, know that there's meaning behind the patterns. Together, we’ll explore how these patterns may have helped you cope, manage emotion, or stay in control during difficult times. We’ll work to create a space where self-compassion can grow and where reconnection with your body feels safe and possible. There’s no single path to healing here—just your path, supported and respected.
Trauma
When we’ve experienced something overwhelming, it can stay with us—sometimes in the body, in relationships, or in our sense of self. Our work will focus on helping you feel safe, seen, and in control of your healing process. We’ll move at your pace, paying attention to what feels too much and what feels just enough. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting or fixing—it means reconnecting with parts of yourself that were never lost, only hidden.
Spiritually Integrated Therapy
For some, spirituality is a deep source of strength, meaning, and guidance. For others, it’s a place of struggle, disconnection, or unanswered questions. If your spiritual life is part of your story—whether rooted in faith, nature, tradition, or personal belief—it’s welcome here. I offer spiritually integrated therapy for those who want to explore the emotional and spiritual layers of their journey in a way that honors both belief and complexity.
